Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is just one garment.
How long will my order take to be processed and delivered?
Orders take from between 2-7 working days from placing your order on approval of artwork.
In what format should I send my artwork?
Artwork can be provided in most recognised PC formats (JPEG, GIF, Bitmap).
I have an existing logo in an embroidery format, can I use this?
Yes.
Can I use the design more than once?
Yes, once digitised you can use it again and again with no additional set up charges
Will there be an extra charge each time?
No, once digitised and providing the image remains the same there are no additional set up charges.
Does it cost extra to have more than one design on the garments?
It depends on the size and nature of the logo or image. We would be happy to discuss this with you.
Do you charge delivery?
Yes, at the time of the quote we will advise on associated costs.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, all our prices are quoted exclusive of VAT @ 17.5%.
Do you have a mailing list?

Do you have a Catalogue?
No, we have access to thousands of garments; we offer a bespoke service so we enjoy communicating with our customers.
Can I see a sample?
On placing your order, please request a sample, which will be provided on sample fabric. However most people are happy with a printed-paper version.
